Job Responsibilities:
- Market research including the consumer preferences, trends, opportunities, challenges and competitor analysis.
- Onboarding current dealers.
- Developing an active retail network and maintaining a close relationship with the distributors and other stakeholder
- Achieving secondary sales target.
- Assisting for Recruiting and training the team members
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification is not key. Can be 10th or 12th or graduation in any stream.
- Minimum 3 years of core marketing/sales experience in the FMCG sector. Having experience in the Ice Cream industry is preferred and would be an added advantage
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a must.
