Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support our daily sales, delivery, customer, and farm operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily customer orders, subscriptions, and delivery details.
- Plan and coordinate delivery routes and delivery partners.
- Handle B2B orders from hotels, cafs, supermarkets, and other clients.
- Coordinate with sales, farm, packing, and delivery teams.
- Maintain customer and sales data using Zoho Bigin, Excel & Google Sheets.
- Track renewals, samples, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate product availability and weekly harvest requirements with farm teams.
- Monitor packaging materials and daily operational requirements.




- Support customer issue resolution and ensure smooth order execution.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to improve daily work, communication, and planning.
- What Were Looking For:

- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- 1 year of sales experience preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus.
