About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Client Account Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client account management/ international voice process/recruitment/talent acquisition.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, ensuring timely delivery of candidates, and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.

Key Requirements:

- Must have proven experience in Client Account Management, preferably in a recruitment, staffing, immigration, or international business environment.
- Must have experience in managing and maintaining relationships with US, UK, and European clients.
- Strong experience in client communication, relationship management, and account handling.
- Ability to understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams,



and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Experience in handling client queries, escalations, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Should be comfortable communicating with international clients through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Robust negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Experience working with international time zones and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds will be an added advantage.
