- Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion of branches all over Kerala.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using Autocad software.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-22 years of experience in civil project management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Autocad software for creating detailed designs and drawings.
- Robust understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards for commercial buildings.
- Experience in managing Multiple projects at a time.
