Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions through Chat and Email based support channels.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by demonstrating solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
