Role & responsibilities

Provide expert fashion and wardrobe consultation aligned with current trends and

customer preferences

- Deliver exceptional customer experience by anticipating needs and providing

personalised, solution-oriented service

- Maintain strong product knowledge across categories to confidently address

customer queries to contribute to overall store-revenue goals

- Identify and build relationships with high-value customers to enhance repeat

business and customer loyalty

- Actively promote recent seasonal merchandise to maximize visibility and sales

opportunities and help the customer stay abreast of seasonal fashion trends

- Train and supervise Apprentices deployed at the store to bring them up the curve

as a potential Fashion Consultant

- Manage the billing counter in absence of the Store-Manager.
- Effectively communicate ongoing promotions and offers to influence purchasing

decisions

- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally to protect brand

reputation and drive satisfaction





- Advise customers on suitable non-apparel options to complement purchases and

enhance overall styling

- Ensure merchandise presentation is maintained in line with brand and visual

merchandising standards

- Monitor stock levels and proactively highlight fast-moving items, stock gaps, and

customer demand trends

Preferred candidate profile

Confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused, with the ability to build rapport

and provide informed fashion recommendations

• Flexible to work in shifts and adapt to dynamic retail schedules

• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using retail systems for reporting and

data management

• Commercially aware, with the ability to identify fast-moving merchandise and

support timely stock replenishment

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language

• 13 years of relevant retail experience; prior experience in the apparel industry

preferred
