Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, and Reconciliation.

• Good understanding of month-end closing and financial reporting.

• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in accounting/ERP systems.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong understanding of cash flow and working-capital management.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines independently.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

• CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.

• Candidates from Retail, Apparel, E-commerce, FMCG, or other fast-paced consumer businesses will be preferred.
