AEM Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced AEM Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience, including strong involvement in Agile/Scrum delivery models, to bridge business needs with AEM-based digital experience solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery practices

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and/or Assets.
- Knowledge of:
- Content management and publishing workflows
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) concepts
- Templates, components, and content structures
- Familiarity with AEM integrations (APIs, third-party systems).
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Certifications (preferred):
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) / Scrum Master (CSM)
- CBAP / CCBA (IIBA)
- Adobe-related certifications
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced Agile environments
- Team player with strong collaboration mindset .

Key Responsibilities:





- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for AEM-based solutions (Sites, Assets, or Forms).
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to prioritize and refine backlog items.
- Drive Sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives from a BA perspective.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clarity on requirements and solutions.
- Define and maintain process flows, wireframes, and solution documentation.
- Support AEM implementations by validating features such as content workflows, asset management, personalization, and integrations.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and improved user experience.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals, compliance, and governance standards
