- Explore untapped markets and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries with empathy and ensure quick resolutions.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships while driving cross-sell initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in Sales within Asset Finance, Home Loans, Mortgages, or Business Loans (from Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions) are required.
- Hands-on exposure to retail sales and on-ground customer engagement.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
- Sound financial understanding with the ability to assess and analyse customer profiles.
- Passionate about growth, results, and making an impact in people's financial journeys.
