Role Description: We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to develop and maintain Finanshs web and technology products.

The role will initially involve our WordPress website, custom development and financial calculators, followed by development of FinBo and gradual migration of the platform to Next.js.

The developer will work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain responsive web pages and applications.

2. Work with WordPress and custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

3. Build financial calculators and interactive web tools.

4. Develop applications using React and Next.js.

5. Build backend functionality, APIs and database integrations.

6. Contribute to development and enhancement of FinBo.

7. Participate in migration of the existing website from WordPress to Next.js.

8. Test, debug, deploy and maintain production code.

9. Improve website performance, reliability and code maintainability.

Recommended Qualifications

1. 1 to 3 years of hands-on web/software development experience.

2. Good proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js and Next.js.

3. Solid understanding of HTML,



CSS and responsive web development.

4. Working knowledge of backend development, preferably Node.js.

Experience working with REST APIs and databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.

5. Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.

6. Experience building and deploying complete web applications or production features.

7. Ability to understand existing codebases, debug issues and implement requirements independently.

8. Sound understanding of basic software engineering principles, application security and performance.

9. Experience with WordPress, Elementor and PHP is preferred but not mandatory.

10. Experience with cloud deployment, hosting or CI/CD will be an advantage.

11. Candidates should be able to discuss projects they have personally worked on, their specific contribution, technical decisions made and problems solved.

12. GitHub, portfolio or links to live projects are preferred.

13. Good problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new technologies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, BCA or a related discipline preferred.

Equivalent practical development experience will also be considered.
