Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Head to handle end-to-end sales activities, from lead follow-up and client engagement to site visits, property explanation, closure, and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with organic leads and convert them into sales.
- Handle client engagement, queries, and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate property/site visits and explain project details.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Support clients with documentation and registration-office processes after sales.

Requirements

- Any Degree with excellent communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in sales in any industry/domain.
- Strong client and customer handling skills.
- Hands-on experience in the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Valuable negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to relocate once project is completed.
