Job Summary

Chennais Amirta is looking for an experienced *Financial Controller* with 1525 years of experience to oversee financial control, accounting operations, internal audit, statutory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management. The role will work closely with senior management to strengthen financial processes, controls, and overall financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee *Finance & Accounts operations* across the organization.

* Manage *internal audit, financial controls, risk assessment, and compliance*.

* Review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow positions.

* Establish and strengthen *internal control systems and financial policies*.

* Identify financial irregularities, process gaps, control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.

* Ensure timely *GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory and regulatory compliance*.

* Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.

* Monitor receivables, payables, expenses,



cash flow, and working capital.

* Review accounting processes, reconciliations, ledgers, and financial transactions.

* Drive cost-control measures and improve financial efficiency.

* Provide financial analysis and strategic inputs to senior management.

* Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the Finance & Accounts team.

Candidate Profile

* *CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com* or equivalent qualification.

* *15–25 years of relevant experience* in Finance, Accounts, Financial Control, and Internal Audit.

* Strong experience in *internal audit, financial controls, risk management, compliance, and financial reporting*.

* Experience handling large-scale finance operations and leading finance teams.

* Robust knowledge of *GST, TDS, Income Tax, accounting standards, and statutory compliance*.

* Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

* Proficiency in *MS Excel, ERP/accounting software, MIS, and financial reporting tools*.
