- Conduct training sessions for recent hires on sales, soft skills, and product knowledge.
- Develop and deliver effective training programs to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas of improvement and implement changes.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior executives to improve their skills.
- Analyze data to track progress and measure program effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in field training or a related role.
- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information effectively using PowerPoint presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel) with good command over English language.
