About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, particularly in App Installation Campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Run and optimize App Installation/App Promotion campaigns.
- Monitor CPI, CPA, CTR, conversions and ROAS.
- Manage audience targeting, campaign budgets and ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Track leads, app installs and campaign conversions.




- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Work with the content/design team to develop effective ad creatives.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience running App Installation Campaigns is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of CPI, CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fintech, lending, banking or app-based business experience will be an advantage.
