Technical BA from Testing Domain ,
• Testing & Quality Assurance Develop unit test scripts, perform regression testing. writing basic SQL, reading stored procedures, coordinate file transfers / CFT connections and technical understanding of Intellimatch as a tool and basic report designing in Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau etc.
• L3 Production Support in Banking and Capital Markets sectors & Proven delivery management skills including project planning and coordination and SDLC
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation applications, such as Intellimatch, Recon+ or Frontier and BI tool such as Intellimatch, Power BI, and Enhancements on Crystal reporting, Business Objects, Tableau etc

1. Requirements Gathering and Documentation

3. Process Improvement and Optimization
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

4. Project Management and Support
. Act as the lead analyst on IT projects, managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
. Coordinate and oversee the execution of project tasks,



including requirements validation, testing, and user training.
. Support project managers with resource planning, risk management, and status reporting.
5. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting
