Role Overview:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Tester / Engineer for Project is a highly skilled technical quality specialist responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, accessibility, and performance of large-scale web applications. This role requires a unique combination of manual testing

expertise, automated framework development (specifically Playwright), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring/validation, and digital accessibility (WCAG) compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Testing Execution: Conduct comprehensive Manual, Functional, Regression, Integration, and Non-Functional testing of web platforms to ensure robust software quality across all user workflows.
- Automation Engineering: Develop and maintain scalable, robust automation frameworks for large-scale applications using Playwright with Java or TypeScript. Design and execute data-driven test cases integrated with Google Sheets (GSheet) for test data management and agile execution.
- API & URL Validation: Perform API/JSON data parsing and automate the validation of 2,200+ dynamic URLs across the platform.
- AEM Content & Authoring Validation: Perform strong content validation, editing, authoring, publishing, unpublishing, and frontend rendering verification within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), leveraging Content Fragments (CF) and Experience Fragments (XF).
- Performance Testing: Utilize Apache JMeter to execute load, stress, and performance testing, identifying performance bottlenecks and scaling limitations.
- Accessibility Compliance:



Validate web applications against WCAG accessibility standards, executing comprehensive accessibility testing using Siteimprove, Lighthouse, NVDA, and VoiceOver screen readers.
- UI/Visual & Responsive Testing: Conduct UI/visual validation against Figma designs and verify consistency across mobile, cross-browser, and responsive environments.
- Web Inspection & Troubleshooting: Leverage HTML/CSS web inspection tools to identify and troubleshoot broken links, missing assets, rendering issues, and incorrect page structures.
- Defect & Root Cause Analysis: Log and track defects, demonstrating the critical ability to differentiate and classify issues among development defects, authoring errors, design gaps, content issues, and requirement/TDS clarifications.

Required Skills:

- Manual & Functional Testing: Strong expertise in Functional, Non-Functional, Manual, Mobile, Responsive, Cross-Browser, and UI/Visual Validation testing methodologies.
- Automation & Scripting: Professional experience in Playwright automation using Java and TypeScript. Hands-on experience building scalable frameworks, parsing JSON/API data, and implementing data-driven GSheet integrations.
- AEM Competency: Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), specifically working with Content Fragments (CF),



Experience Fragments (XF), authoring workflows, Dispatcher, editing, and content publishing/unpublishing.
- Performance & Accessibility Tools: Proficient with Apache JMeter, Siteimprove, Lighthouse, NVDA, and VoiceOver, with deep familiarity in validating compliance against WCAG guidelines and conducting Color Contrast Analysis.
- Design & Defect Tracking Tools: High proficiency in comparing implementations against Figma designs. Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and defect classification.
- Web Technologies: Solid reading and inspection knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a QA or relevant testing role.
