What would you do You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.A type of general ledger account which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts.Because the reconciliation account only provides a summary, no transactions are directly posted to the account.
What are we looking for Finance ProcessesGeneral ledger accounting, journals, accruals, prepayments,



trial balance and financial statement fundamentalsUS GAAP, SOX controls, segregation of duties, audit evidence and accounting-policy complianceSystems Knowledge (preferred)Exposure to Yardi or Oracle ERPIndustry Experience (preferred)Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelinesYour expected interactions are within your team and direct supervisorPrepare, validate and post standard journals with complete support, correct coding and documented approvals.Perform account analysis, investigate unusual balances and support variance commentary and management reporting inputs.Execute assigned SOX controls and maintain complete evidence, process records and key-report documentation.Monitor quality and timeliness, resolve routine exceptions and identify standardization, automation and control improvements; specific KPI targets
