Role & responsibilities

- Implement and monitor RBI guidelines pertaining to the Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework.
- Support governance activities within the Risk domain, including monitoring, reporting, and follow-up of key risk matters.
- Maintain working knowledge of applicable RBI circulars, guidance notes, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable risk governance processes.
- Apply understanding of financial statements, key financial ratios, and business performance indicators for risk assessment.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of liquidity risk and related monitoring requirements.
- Prepare high-quality drafts, including committee notes, agenda items, and minutes of meetings.
- Review risk-related policies, SOPs, frameworks, and process documents, and coordinate revisions as required.
- Prepare, review, and monitor the Risk Appetite Statement and related reporting requirements.
- Monitor internal exposure limits and escalate breaches or exceptions in accordance with defined procedures.
- Prepare effective PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and management reports for risk review forums.
