Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to manage the complete workshop operations for a TATA Motors Commercial Vehicle Dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
- Supervise technicians and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely servicing and repair of commercial vehicles.
- Monitor workshop productivity and work quality.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain workshop records, service reports and operational processes.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment and spare parts.
- Monitor workshop targets and performance.
- Coordinate with the Service/Dealer management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in TATA Motors Commercial Vehicle Dealership.
- Robust knowledge of commercial vehicle workshop operations.
- Experience in team handling and workshop management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workshop targets and daily operations.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in Mahwa, Dausa.
Mandatory Requirement:
TATA Motors Commercial Vehicle Dealership experience is mandatory.
