Requirement:

- Hands on Experience in 3D CAD (UG-NX or CATIA), 2D Drawing and GD&T.;
- Understanding tool development, process issue & resolution.
- Understanding of program milestone and requirement.
- Knowledge of sheet metal material, tooling, process.
- BOM preparation and development tracking.

Nature of work:

- Preparation SOR : Compilation of Home room input & convert to MGI requirement. (Drawing/ADVP/3D/Standards)
- Attend & Track Vehicle Build Trials support, Issue handling, Root Cause Analysis, and countermeasures from Mule to Saleable
- Material handling for trial/testing and coordination.
- Proposal generation in CAD against: VAVE idea/ quality / design improvement.
- Documentation preparation on BOM/SOR/Localization/Issue resolution.
- Benchmarking and interaction with home room for technical agreement
- Track and update supplier series tool development, verify samples,



and arrange parts for vehicle builds through CFT meeting.

Education Qualification:

- Education: BE / BTech - Mechanical
- Experience: 6~10 years in Body (BIW) Design & Development
- OEM Experience is added advantage.
- Skills and Knowledge: Good Interpersonal and Communication skills. Knowledge for Body Parts development and Localization including Sheet metal and Plastics.

Technical Competencies:

Expert in resolving the Body design issues on-time and Quick First level analysis and in-depth root causing capabilities. Exposure to Cross-functional and multi-cultural working setting. Good Team Player and comfortable to work in Plant environment
