Role Overview

* Own end-to-end accounting, book closure, and financial control

* Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance frameworks in line with Indian GAAP.

* Drive internal controls, risk management, and governance processes

* Maintain books of accounts on ZOHO

* Partner closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls

* Build and manage a lead finance team (4-5 members)

* Support investor reporting and scale-ready finance processes

Ideal Profile

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

* 5-6 years of relevant experience

* Strong grounding in accounting, audits, financial controls and solid analytical capability

* Lead monthly and annual closing processes-journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and audit schedules.

* Independently handle GST,



TDS, Income Tax returns, reconciliations, and statutory documentation.

* Experience setting up or improving finance systems and processes

* Comfortable in a hands-on, execution-heavy role with ownership

* Startup experience preferred but not mandatory
