- 8+ years of experience with Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAS, or similar BI and data platforms.
- Demonstrated business data acumen with a proven ability to deliver quality BI products, ideally in a customer or retail analytics environment.
- Strong BI development and analytical background with the ability to understand drivers of business performance and translate them into meaningful, actionable BI output.
- The candidate should also have solid communication and organizational skills, enabling them to efficiently manage multiple environments and effectively communicate status and issues to management.
