- Resource with 4 years experience in Pega components (Rules ,Data pages, Services).
- Must have experience on Tracer.
- Should have knowledge on Production support activities.
- Splunk and Dynatrace would be added advantage.
- Should be willing to work in shifts (weekend included).
- Positive Communication skills.
