Job Summary

This role is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the insurance sales operations within a designated state or region. The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth through bank channels by managing a team of Cluster Managers and Front-Line Sales staff. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with bank branch personnel, ensuring high levels of service delivery, and spearheading lead generation initiatives to meet regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Manage the regional sales hierarchy, providing guidance and support to Cluster Managers and the Front-Line Sales Team to ensure collective performance.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive sales targets through bank branches and lead all generation initiatives via walk-ins, data-mining, referrals, and other channels.
- Relationship Management: Act as a primary liaison with the bank (the key customer), building open and trusting relationships with Branch Managers, officers, and staff.
- Sales Support:



Assist the Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) in sales efforts, including generating benefit illustrations and accompanying them on client calls when necessary.
- Training & Development: Conduct regular discussions with bank employees to enhance their knowledge of insurance products while addressing any concerns regarding sales.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all service requirements are met, medical and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Business Development: Identify potential partners through preliminary meetings and market analysis.
