About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, develop new customer relationships, and support revenue generation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the local Nagpur market.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and submit regular reports to management.




- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Local resident of Nagpur.
- Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, infrastructure, energy, construction, or related sectors will be an advantage.
