As an Executive or Sr. Executive Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end mass recruitment drives to source, screen, and onboard frontline workers. This role requires aggressive sourcing strategies, excellent local networking, and the ability to hit rapid, weekly headcount targets while managing high attrition rates

Core Roles & Responsibilities

- High-Volume Sourcing: Drive candidate pipelines utilizing local community networks, WhatsApp groups, job portals (e.g., Apna, WorkIndia), social media (Facebook, OLX), and Below-the-Line (BTL) activities like pamphlet distribution.
- Mass Hiring Executions: Plan and conduct large-scale walk-in interview drives, field recruitment campaigns, and local job fairs to hire hundreds of candidates simultaneously.
- Frontline Screening: Quickly filter profiles for physical capabilities, verification documents, regional language proficiency, and essential operational criteria.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Coordinate background verification (BGV),



bank account setups, and collection of mandatory documents (ID proofs, driving licenses) while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Partner with manpower outsourcing vendors, sub-contractors, and local agents to fulfill sudden spikes in workforce demand during peak sale seasons.
- Data & Dashboard Tracking: Maintain Daily Recruitment Management Information Systems (MIS), tracking conversion metrics from walk-ins to successful onboarding and deployment.

Core Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of proven experience in high-volume, bulk, or field hiring. Prior recruitment exposure in e-commerce, quick-commerce, retail logistics, or general staffing agencies is highly preferred
