Position: Finance Manager

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with post-qualification experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage overall finance, accounting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Drive working capital, cash-flow, inventory, receivables, and cost controls.

- Ensure tax, statutory, audit, and regulatory compliance in Tanzania.

- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams on commercial decisions.

- Lead internal controls, risk management, and process improvements.

- Drive digital transformation and automation of finance processes.

- Manage accounting systems with robust Tally expertise.

- Lead and develop the finance team.

- African experience is mandatory
