Role & responsibilities

- Manage Campa Beverage sales and distribution across the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage distributors, retailers, wholesalers and key outlets.
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales/distribution team.
- Plan daily routes, market visits and beat plans.
- Ensure product availability and market coverage.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales.
- Track distributor stock, sales, collections and outstanding payments.
- Identify new markets, retailers and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and market reports.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for timely product supply.
- Handle market issues, customer complaints and distributor concerns.
- Analyse sales data and prepare actionable plans for territory growth.

TERRITORY RESPONSIBILITY

The candidate should have good practical knowledge of Narmadapuram/Itarsi and surrounding markets within approximately 100 KM, including local retail markets, distributors, wholesalers and FMCG trade channels.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Minimum relevant sales/distribution experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local market and distribution network.
- Experience in team handling and field sales management.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to understand sales data and identify market opportunities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Target-oriented and commercially aware.
- Own bike with valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Immediate joiner preferred.

Perks and advantages

Fixed Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to 5,000 per month
