- Lead PCB/electronics projects from enquiry to delivery, owning scope, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate between design/engineering, procurement, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and delivery tracking
- Manage internal teams' workloads and track project status, risks, and dependencies
- Run regular status updates and reviews for stakeholders and leadership
- Analyze project data (timelines, costs, defect rates, vendor performance) to identify improvement opportunities
- Recommend and implement process changes to improve delivery speed, quality, or cost
Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in electronics, hardware, or manufacturing
- Working knowledge of PCB design and fabrication processes
- Experience managing vendors, procurement, and supply chain coordination
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
