Role & responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and maintain provider credentials and documentation.
- Process provider enrollment applications for insurance networks (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial plans).
- Monitor license expirations and ensure timely renewals.
- Maintain credentialing databases and provider records.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience as a Credentialing Specialist or in a healthcare administrative role.
- Understanding of credentialing standards, regulatory requirements, and payer processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage Night shift
