About the Opportunity
Vilasitawear is a quick-scaling D2C fashion brand redefining everyday elegance through sustainable, affordable, and trend-forward apparel for the modern Indian consumer. We re building a brand that speaks through story-led campaigns, community-driven content, and strategic media partnerships-blending digital-first PR with authentic cultural resonance to drive awareness, trust, and conversion across Tier 1-3 cities.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end PR strategy: ideate, pitch, and execute media campaigns across print, digital, and broadcast platforms to position Vilasitawear as a cultural and style influencer.
- Build and manage relationships with fashion editors, lifestyle journalists, influencers, and brand collaborators to amplify product launches, sustainability initiatives, and brand milestones.
- Develop press kits, media advisories, spokesperson talking points, and brand narratives that align with campaign goals and audience insights.
- Monitor and report on media coverage, sentiment, and brand visibility; use insights to refine messaging and outreach tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing, social, and e-comm teams to ensure PR initiatives drive traffic, engagement,



and conversion.
- Manage crisis communication and brand reputation by developing rapid-response protocols and coordinating internal stakeholders.
