Job Description:
- Implementation of Sourcing & Purchasing VAVE/CRP projects to attain YoY target savings of 3% from Yearly spend value.
- Future projects pipeline creation by handling Localization, Re-sourcing, VAVE-CRP projects, Nego projects, SOB change projects from High to Low cost suppliers, Proximity analysis to reduce transport costs & Direct buy projects.
- SWAT case creation and approval for new business, source change, second source introduction and process change etc.
- Ensure QCD with all suppliers to support sales & marketing team.
- Handling all commercial workings, increase and decrease approvals, Part & Tooling PO amendment.
- Capacity management with key suppliers,
Machine hour rate and process cost calculation for price negotiation with suppliers.
- Developing cost estimates & projections for commodities like Stamping, Forging, Casting (PDC/GDC/Ferrous), Sintering, Plastic Injection/Compression molding, Rubber parts, Springs, Motors, Fabrication & Standard parts.
- Costing, VAVE, Supplier cost audit, Supplier process optimization, moderation of DtC, CRP and VAVE workshops.
Your profile :
- Bachelor's degree in electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
