GitHub Platform Operations Location: India, Remote

Work Experience: 5-6 Years

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience in GitHub Enterprise Cloud administration, including organizations, repositories, permissions and RBAC.
- Robust knowledge of GitHub Actions, including workflow creation, configuration, runners and secrets management.
- Experience with GitHub REST and GraphQL APIs and automation using Python scripting.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS), including Secret Scanning, Code Scanning and Dependabot.
- Good understanding of SSO/SAML, SCIM and Enterprise Managed Users (EMU) in GitHub Enterprise Cloud.
- Experience in ServiceNow ticket management, including incident, request and issue resolution for GitHub-related services.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.





- Administer GitHub Enterprise Cloud organizations, repositories, permissions and RBAC.
- Manage GitHub Actions workflows, self-hosted runners and secrets.
- Develop GitHub REST/GraphQL API integrations and automation using Python scripting.
- Manage GitHub Advanced Security features including Secret Scanning, Code Scanning and Dependabot.
- Administer SSO/SAML, SCIM and Enterprise Managed Users (EMU).
- Handle and resolve GitHub-related incidents and requests through ServiceNow.
