The objective of this role is to sell 99acres customized subscription packages to the already
registered members (Property Owners) of the platform.
- Speak with pre-generated leads via calls and sell Paid Plans
- Understand customer needs and handle their queries about paid plans
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Ability to influence & negotiate with the customers
- Fast learner who has a passion for sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales target
Preferred candidate profile:
- Positive communication and interpersonalskills
- Active listening skills & strong convincing skills
Other Details :
- 5.5 Days working (rotational week offs)
- Upto 100-120 calls / day and daily Talk time of 3 hours
