Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Experience Executive to manage and support field operations while ensuring a high level of customer service. The role involves coordinating with Field Service Engineers (FSEs), monitoring team performance, analyzing operational data, resolving service related issues and driving improvements in field productivity and customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly field operations to meet business requirements
- Coordinate with Field Service Engineers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of service activities
- Call customers to understand their requirements, confirm availability and schedule service visits and product demonstrations
- Coordinate and manage customer appointments,



ensuring FSEs are assigned and visits/demos are completed within the scheduled timelines
- Monitor individual and team performance and identify areas requiring improvement
- Support FSE onboarding, training and ongoing performance development
- Collect, analyze and track customer feedback to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely closure of service issues
- Act as a communication bridge between field teams and management, ensuring timely sharing of updates, feedback and operational requirements
- Monitor compliance with defined service quality and operational standards
- Track operational issues and coordinate with stakeholders to develop effective solutions
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, trackers and performance dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement initiatives to improve productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensure accountability and effective execution of assigned operational objectives

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or any related field
- Freshers or candidates with relevant internship or work experience will be preferred
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Good analytical and organizational abilities
- Strong customer-focused approach with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
