Role & responsibilities

- Develop and own the monthly social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Build and execute a social media strategy aligned with the firm's brand and visibility goals.
- Write transparent, engaging, technically accurate content for an audience of architects, engineers, project managers, and other AEC professionals.
- Translate complex technical subjects into accessible, compelling social content.
- Develop LinkedIn content that builds thought leadership, credibility, and brand awareness.
- Produce and coordinate visual assets, including project imagery, graphics, carousels, and short-form video.
- Work with internal teams to gather project information, technical insights, and visual material.
- Manage the end-to-end publishing process across all social platforms.




- Grow the firm's follower base and engagement against clearly defined monthly targets.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve content and audience growth.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience managing corporate social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, ,YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of growing brand presence, engagement, and follower base

This is a build-from-scratch role focused on strengthening brand visibility and establishing the firm as a trusted voice in the AEC and technical services space.

This is a brand-building role, not a maintenance or lead-generation position.
