Prior experience of 2+ years in real estate sales, banking, insurance, or other customer-facing sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Robust sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven capacity to meet or exceed targets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of real estate or willingness to quickly learn project details, local market trends, and regulatory basics.
- Ability to manage time, handle multiple inquiries, and maintain organized records of customer interactions.
- Comfort with on-site customer interaction, property showings, and field work within Bengaluru South.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and digital communication platforms; CRM experience is an advantage.
