We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and AI-enabled application projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk management, delivery governance, and coordination across Data Science, ML Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud, and Business teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience along with a valuable understanding of AI/ML concepts, GenAI, LLMs, MLOps, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and AI development lifecycle (AI-DLC).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, GenAI and LLM-based projects from initiation through production.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Work closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Developers, Architects, and Business teams.
- Drive project planning, sprint planning, backlog management, status reporting, and delivery governance.




- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Track project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate development and deployment of AI solutions across cloud and enterprise environments.
- Understand and coordinate AI/ML model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Work with technical teams on LLM, GenAI, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, AI agents, and ML pipelines.
- Ensure appropriate data, security, privacy, governance, and compliance considerations are addressed.
- Manage communication with senior leadership, customers, product owners, and technical stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
- Coordinate UAT, production releases, adoption, and post-production support.
- Prepare project dashboards, executive presentations, RAID logs, and delivery reports.
- Manage multiple AI initiatives/projects simultaneously where required.
