Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior EUC Architect with strong hands-on experience in EUC architecture, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Microsoft Intune, and SCCM/MECM. The candidate will lead enterprise workplace architecture, technical governance, automation, security, and L3 troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and govern end-to-end EUC / Modern Workplace architecture.
- Architect and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments including Host Pools, Session Hosts, FSLogix, Images and Scaling.
- Lead Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager architecture, Autopilot, Compliance, Configuration Profiles, Application Deployment, Patching and Endpoint Security.
- Provide architecture and L3 support for SCCM/MECM, including Software Deployment, Patch Management, Client Health, Reporting and Co-management with Intune.
- Drive Digital Employee Experience (DEX) using endpoint analytics, telemetry, monitoring and proactive remediation.




- Develop automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions / Logic Apps; Python exposure is preferred.
- Work with Entra ID, Conditional Access, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and KQL.
- Support endpoint security, compliance, vulnerability remediation and enterprise security standards.
- Lead complex EUC incidents, RCA, problem management and technical remediation.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Identity, Security, Network, Service Desk and Infrastructure teams.

Mandatory Skills:

- 15+ years IT Infrastructure / EUC / Workplace Services experience.
- Solid EUC Architecture and enterprise endpoint management experience.
- Digital Employee Experience (DEX) / Endpoint Experience Analytics.
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) architecture, troubleshooting and optimization.
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager Autopilot, Compliance, Configuration, Application Deployment, Patching & Security.
- SCCM / MECM – Software Deployment, Patching, Client Health, Reporting & Co-management.
- Microsoft Entra ID & Conditional Access.
- Strong PowerShell scripting & automation.
- Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, KQL & Microsoft Graph.
- Experience with ServiceNow / ITSM and enterprise managed services.
- Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
