We are looking for graduates/postgraduates with solid SAP Customer Master & Credit Master experience to join our Master Data Management team. The role involves handling customer master creation, updates, and credit requests ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals while coordinating with global business units and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Master Data: Create, update, and maintain customer master records in SAP.
- Credit Requests: Process credit approvals, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Data Accuracy: Perform duplication checks, validations, and ensure compliance.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with business units, finance, and customers for approvals and issue resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Support large-scale data cleanup projects and maintain strong relationships across departments.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 4+ years of SAP Master Data experience.
- Mandatory: SAP (Customer/Credit Master), MS Office, excellent communication skills.
- Desirable: Analytical skills, problem-solving, multitasking, and high learning agility.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts and from office.
