Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US HR Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in US HR / US Staffing / HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US HR operations
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Manage employee lifecycle activities
- Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
- Employee queries and HR support
- Coordinate with US recruiters and stakeholders
- Maintain HR trackers, MIS and employee records
- Support offboarding and exit formalities
- Handle US staffing documentation and compliance coordination

Required Skills





- 1–3 years of experience in US HR / US Staffing / HR Operations
- Good understanding of US HR processes
- Knowledge of W2, C2C and 1099
- Basic understanding of I-9, E-Verify and US work authorization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good MS Excel knowledge
- Comfortable working in US Night Shift
- Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and power backup for remote work

Preferred

- Prior experience in US IT Staffing / US HR
- Experience handling end-to-end employee onboarding and HR operations
- Experience working with US-based teams
