We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage sales activities for a TATA Motors Commercial Vehicle Dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and supervise the sales team.
- Generate recent customers and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Plan and execute local sales activities.
- Handle customer requirements and negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order and delivery processes.
- Identify new market opportunities and improve sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in Automobile, Finance or FMCG industry.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Candidates should be willing to work at locations across Dausa, Mahwa, Dholpur, Hindaun, Bandikui, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City and nearby areas.
