We are looking for a Research Collaborations Expert to build and manage research relationships for HiWox across universities, research institutions, hospitals, laboratories, healthcare professionals, scientists, and other relevant organizations.

The role will focus on identifying research opportunities, initiating collaborations, designing joint research initiatives, and creating a strong scientific and evidence base for HiWox.

Responsibilities

- Identify universities, research institutions, hospitals, laboratories, researchers, and subject-matter experts relevant to HiWox.
- Initiate and develop research collaboration opportunities.
- Build relationships with researchers, professors, clinicians, scientists, and institutional decision-makers.
- Develop a structured pipeline of potential research collaborators.
- Identify research questions relevant to HiWoxs 9 wellness dimensions.
- Develop concepts for joint studies, validation projects, pilots, and research programs.
- Coordinate with internal domain experts to define research objectives and methodologies.
- Support development of research proposals, collaboration frameworks, and project documentation.
- Help establish evidence standards for HiWoxs wellness frameworks and recommendations.
- Coordinate literature reviews, evidence mapping, and research validation activities.
- Connect HiWoxs product and RD teams with relevant scientific experts.
- Support validation of algorithms, wellness assessments, protocols, and recommendation frameworks.
- Build a long-term network of academic and scientific collaborators.
- Identify opportunities for publications, grants, conferences, patents, and other research outputs.
- Explore opportunities for joint IP and technology development.
- Maintain documentation of research partnerships, projects, outcomes, and potential future opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in research collaborations, academic partnerships,



healthcare research, scientific research, innovation, or institutional relations.
- Robust understanding of how universities, research institutions, hospitals, or laboratories operate.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to approach senior researchers and institutional stakeholders professionally.
- Ability to understand research concepts and convert them into practical collaboration opportunities.
- Strong documentation, proposal-development, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working independently and building relationships from scratch.
