Role & responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end sales across Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and SME/Commercial Insurance products

- Acquire new HNI/mass-affluent clients and SME business owners through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market prospecting

- Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and pitch the right mix of investment and insurance products

- Own the full sales cycle and lead generation, pitching, objection handling, closing, and documentation

- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets across all product lines

- Build and manage a solid SME client portfolio for group health, employee benefits, and business insurance needs

- Cross-sell and upsell across the product bouquet to maximize wallet share per client

- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate reporting through CRM

- Stay updated on market trends, new fund launches, and product/regulatory changes across MF, life, health, and SME insurance

- Ensure full compliance with SEBI, IRDAI, and AMFI norms in all sales activity

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years of hardcore,



target-driven sales experience in Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or SME/Commercial Insurance (multi-product exposure strongly preferred)

- Proven ability to independently generate leads and close sales - not just service inbound/warm leads

- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with data/numbers to back it

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable with a high-activity, incentive-linked role

- Required NISM/AMFI certification & IRDAI license (or willingness to obtain immediately)

- Existing client base or market network is a strong plus
