Role Overview

Build and maintain automation that validates end-to-end customer ordering across mobile apps, websites, and POS systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain automation frameworks for iOS and Android apps, web ordering portals, and POS workflows.
- Build mobile test suites in Appium and web test suites in Playwright or Selenium.
- Automate POS ordering workflows, store integrations, and backend API tests.
- Run performance tests with JMeter and integrate all test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Keep automation reliable and fast, report defects, and contribute to test strategy with developers and DevOps.

Must Have Skills

- 3 - 7 years of QA automation or SDET experience, coding in Java, JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, or Groovy.




- Hands-on automation of mobile apps, web applications, and POS or device-based systems.
- Appium, Playwright or Selenium, and JMeter used in real projects.
- API test automation and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Framework design using POM or modular patterns.

- Retail, QSR, or digital ordering platforms
- POS, menu, pricing, or payment integrations
- React Native app testing
- BrowserStack or AWS Device Farm
- MCP-style test design and AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor)
