- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience using React
- React.js, modern CSS/styling, responsive UI, state management, and web performance optimization are required skills
- Robust analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, functional programming patterns, and component-based architecture
- Experience in web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, performance optimization
- Comfortable with Agile operating models (Scrum/Kanban)
- Team oriented; strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment
- Energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with version control (Git), continuous integration, deployment, and configuration management tools
- Experience in Financial Services or Fintech
