Immediate hiring - Field Sales Executive

Location : Hyderabad

Salary : 2 to 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and onboard recent insurance agents/partners.
- Identify potential agents/POSPs through field visits, references, networking and direct sourcing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners.
- Drive insurance sales growth through the agency channel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business targets.
- Provide product training, sales guidance and ongoing support to agents.
- Activate newly onboarded agents and encourage regular business generation.
- Support agents in achieving their business targets and track their performance.
- Ensure quality business and maintain strong engagement within the assigned territory.




- Stay updated on insurance products, market developments and regulatory changes.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance or sales is preferred.
- Good communication, convincing and relationship-management skills.
- Strong interest in field sales, business development and target achievement.
- Ability to identify and build a network of agents/partners.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for field activities.
