Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, and technical sales.

- Develop new business opportunities through industrial product sales and presales efforts.

- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions using polyurethane products from Castor & Pollux.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement.

- Robust understanding of industrialization processes and ability to apply knowledge effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).

- 2-6 years of experience in B2B Product Sales or Technical Sales.
