Accounts Manager

Andheri East, Mumbai | 5+ Years Experience | D2C/E-commerce Mandatory

At LuxaDerme, we blend creative formulations from Korea with clinically proven ingredients from the West to create premium skincare products. We're looking for a hands-on Accounts & Finance Manager to own the finance function and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Own

- End-to-end accounting, bookkeeping & financial operations
- GST, TDS & TCS compliance and reconciliations
- Marketplace reconciliations (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa & Shopify)
- Vendor payments, receivables, payables & bank reconciliations
- MIS reporting, P&L;, cash flow & working capital management
- Audit coordination, taxation & statutory compliance

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of Accounts & Finance experience




- Mandatory D2C/E-commerce experience
- Strong GST, TDS, TCS & taxation knowledge
- Tally & Advanced Excel proficiency
- Marketplace reconciliation & MIS reporting experience
- Ability to independently manage the finance function

Preferred

- Amazon Settlement Reconciliation Marketplace Accounting FP&A; Working Capital Management Import/Export Compliance
