Role & responsibilities

- Understand and gather hiring requirements from stakeholders.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.
- Manage candidate documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to achieve hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and procedures.
